Logistics Account Manager

Pros

It's a great place to work. Started out as a trainee and moved up to my own account manager, there is a ton of potential here but there will always be naysayers who couldn't make it in sales. I don't think I'm the most talented sales person but my hard work has been paying off an my pay check can prove that. Very wolf of wall street vibe.

Cons

Mostly male dominated industry, we have on successful female broker in the company right now, we need more women to apply. Training was kind of like a throw them to the wolves / sink or swim tactic when I first started but has got better over the years. I wouldn't call this a con but you need tough skin to fit into the culture.
