Pros

Work is a party atmosphere and you get a base salary while you are trying to earn commissions

Cons

This company is a joke. They pay you a base salary under $40k a year and tell you there is unlimited earning potential and you can make a quarter million or half million dollars a year LMAO you will be lucky if you ever make $100k/year only a few top earners make that. Almost everyone that works here is pretentious, also a lot of liars and narcissists working here. Tons of frat boy partying millennials that rent apartments and lease cars they can't afford and go into debt trying to act rich. The truth is you can make more money bartending then working at this crappy sales job but everyone that works here wants others to think they are rich and making a lot of money. This is logistics sales, if it was easy to make a few hundred thousand a year you would have doctors and professionals lining up at the door to work here. Almost all the 5 star reviews here are exaggerated or lies and they are being told by management/HR to leave these glowing reviews. I feel sorry for you if this is the best job you've ever had lol Also, I wonder why HR feels the need to reply and discredit any person trying to expose the truth and leave a negative review, that should be your first red flag about this company. The work life balance sucks they expect you to be on call 24/7 and put in 60+ hours a week. The guy that called this a "shady lying company" is spot on with his review.

Pros

Great opportunity to make a six-figure income. Team oriented environment. Office managers are very supportive. Team building activities after work hours.

Cons

This company operates on a draw commission structure and not a "salary-plus". You are expected to work four hours every other Saturday during your six-month training period, every third prior to claiming commission and once a quarter once on commission. The small after-hours team is flooded with work and check calls get backlogged often. The tools used to perform the job are sub-par (soft phones and CRM) and have caused political riffs within the company between employees. Work/life balance will suffer as business grows due to more issues after-hours. Very strict 8-5, will be punished if even a minute late.
