Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to know that you appreciated our benefits while employed at SCU. We strive to offer a competitive compensation package which aims to provide excellent benefits. I am sorry to read you felt your management team was disorganized, but I appreciate your candidness. Employee development and internal promotions are a great way that we can support our staff’s personal and professional endeavors and we encourage our management team to adopt this philosophy when leading. Pros

Initial training is enough just to get you going but because you help with practically everything for members, you have to constantly ask questions. Insurance and benefits are pretty cheap. Co-workers are pretty nice but you do have the occasional drama. Not being micro-managed so you can utilize free time as you’d like.

Cons

COMPENSATION. Short unpaid lunch. I see no opportunity to advance.
