      As a part time employee I think it’s amazing that they offer great benefits. I also find great fulfillment engaging with our members and the atmosphere at the branches are positive and motivating !

      Ability to train when there is a lack of experience. Transparency is unlike any other company.

      Cons

      Lack diversity and pay isn't competitive for the lower paying jobs.
