Employee Appreciation days, Company Holiday Parties

Cons

No work-life balance, understaffed so people have to come in when sick, resulting in the entire office becoming ill during flu season. Obvious disdain from upper management for employees they feel are below them due to their job title. Extremely unprofessional management and HR. Little to no upward advancement opportunities.
