Good environment to work in. Foot in the door law firm to get experience.

Cons

HR doesn't really keep things to themselves, one of them is pretty rude. Hard to get raises. Holiday party isn't great. Bonus pay at end of year sucks. Unorganized, they have favoritism, medical insurance is rocket high for not much coverage. They change how they do things almost every other week. High turnover rate.
