Love the environment. Everyone is friendly. Love the hospital events

Over worked, Underpaid, no room for growth. If you are liked by your manager and would love to move within the company. The manager can block you from doing so even if their isnt any disciplinary actions against yourself.!

The culture here is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and it feels like one big family.

Cons

I would say the only negative thing is employee salary. I don't believe our salaries are competitive with other nonprofits.
