Hello, I decided to put another review on here a year later. I still feel the same about Scottish Rite, I'm still very appreciative for Shonna Norman in HR for noticing my resume and passing to my boss Kim Oberman. Thanks to Mr. Walker for being a great CEO. It's really a fun place to work everyone greets each other and I love seeing my customers at the Deli this time last year I was just starting and didn't really know anyone, today.. it's good morning..how are you?...have a great day..have a good weekend. Everyone knows my name!! It's awesome to have every weekend off and the holidays. It's nice to greet the little kiddies and their families.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is the competitive wages. I think they should be up to date.

Pros

Loved the environment here. It was a great group of people to work with, like one big family. People come to TSRHC and they don't leave. Kids who can't pay don't pay, so you don't have all the same insurance hurdles you would at another hospital.

Cons

None- I know some people complained of being overworked, but I never felt that way
