Pros

There are a lot of opportunities developing within Scottish Power given the many billions of pounds investment. They offer a good work / life balance with a decent high salary relative to the local economy. Good central Scotland locations to work with a friendly culture.

Cons

The work at Scottish Power can be repetitive and the processes slow and cumbersome. Some of the engineers can have a negative outlook and be on the defensive.

Pros

Access to lots of very useful information, very collaborative environment. For me has been the perfect place to get some additional experience. I would not mind to work here.

Cons

Permission needed for every single thing, even to print. To obtain permission you have to send a request and this hast to get approved by SP and Iberdrola. The process is very slow and sometimes does not allow you to get your work done.
