Pros

Excellent for process safety Decent current wage structure and with opportunities to progress at present due to number of employees leaving the company

Cons

Salary and benefits continually being eroded. Spanish owners (Iberdrola) make all decisions, very few of which are to the benefit of SP staff New roles being filled by Spanish counterparts Part of a poorly performing and indebted company (iberdrola)

Pros

Good work life balance Good salary

Cons

So many re-structures in the last few years have left me feeling out of place Some corporate decisions being made have made no sense to me as the Spanish owners restructure the business New SAP deployment could be a disaster

Pros

The people you work with tend to make the job worthwhile. Decent wage for the job you do.

Cons

Working in the retail sector, you have to have a good knowledge of the industry to have a chance of doing a fair job for customers. Your opinions tend to fall on deaf ears, and everything you find negative with procedure, or processes, has to be sugar coated.
