      Pros

      True ownership of a business portfolio at an ABM level. Projects often give you exposure to Sr. Management. Health and wellness programs are good.

      Cons

      Marketing organization is in a state of constant change. Sr. Management often displays signs of ADHD and is reactionary and impatient. Very little professional or career development. It's a boys club through and through. You need to be a bulldog to get noticed.

      In general hard working associate, especially in the Supply Chain areas Fair benefits You get what you see from Senior Management Industry leader Brand! Brand! Brand!

      Cons

      Aggressive culture almost cut throat You get what you see from Senior Management Reactive, not data driven in many areas Decisions on new ventures seem driven by a need to collect a new "toy"

      Pros

      Work alone with little supervision from a manager from Scott's .the money is decent money, work at varied times if you need too

      Cons

      They go through managers yearly. They generally hire people straight out of college that have zero experience . You are not so much managed by Scott's as you are by the Home Depot managers. Its a joke !
