      Benefits, salary, campus feel to Marysville, good retirement plan, company discounts

      Cons

      No training provided. Expected to start being productive on your first day when you are not even settled in the position. Management too busy and stressed with their own problems to assist. A lot of new staff and managers who do not know what they are doing

      Pros

      Great benefits package and unplanned rewards for job well done (example: early release and extra days off from the CEO).

      Cons

      There is constant reorganization in the company and extreme levels of turnover in the marketing organization in the past year. This is largely due to continually changing and unclear role of marketing in the regional strategy. Sr. Management also gets easily focused on small-impact, tactical issues rather than staying focused on big picture opportunities.
