      Pros

      Good, smart people for the most part. Fun environment and great products.

      Cons

      CEO has ultimate power and continues to make very poor decisions on acquisitions and personnel (3 CFOs fired within 4 years).

      Only pros are that the benefits and some of the staff are nice to work with.

      Cons

      All management have a lack of communication and trust isn't a thing there. Barely any proper training. Overall worst place I've ever worked.

      Zero respect for the employees

      Pros

      Zero. You’re stuck living there.

      Cons

      You’re overworked, working OT constantly. Working weekends. The management is horrible, with zero communication on things and an only following there ideals without any insights from the workers. Unless you’re kissing up to them, you won’t be liked. Some of the most mindless supervisors who have no clue what is going on half the time, and just sit an office all day, doing nothing. It’s sickening to work for a place like that.
