      Pros

      - I get to be very involved in many different projects - Access to all levels of employees (work directly with directors and vp's) - Flexible work environment (I've been primarily wfh since 2020) - Starting pay was slightly above expectations - Company has the feel of a scrappy smaller business - Big bonuses (depending on how the business as a whole is doing)

      Cons

      - Very fast paced environment, many employees feel like they're doing the work of 2 people - You have to really manage your tasks to avoid getting burnt out - Not a huge deal, but the corporate office is in Marysville, so it's a bit of a drive from central Ohio (35 to 40 min w traffic)

      Pros

      Part-time employees can contribute to a 401k. The company matches 7%. Flexible schedule but expect a lot of physical labor.

      Cons

      Being in the Lowe's corporate area, the company seemed to only want to promote individuals from Ohio, their headquarter area. You can work and know an area extremely well just to have someone not from the area get an opportunity ahead of you. In addition, the company will try to keep you by making empty promises.
