Exciting brand with strong following/heritage. Work from home. Harvester differentiates it in the market. Talented co-workers.

Cons

Ugly politics - Internal battles for project ownership. Tasks feel reactionary, not intentional. RVT partnership is ambiguous. Unclear requirements. Engineering turnover. Unproductive meetings. Changing process constantly (and often without good reason). Lack of project management. Maximum effort goes unnoticed. Product not maturing/making progress. No upward career track. Remote work leads to less peer connection. Zero autonomy.

Some folks are really great, exposure to different parts of the business.

Cons

The most toxic company I have ever worked at. Extremely high workload, expected to work evenings and weekend and during PTO. Departments are gutted and the business is barely functioning. Weak benefits. Company first, don't worry about your family or personal life, company. Aggressive and punitive leadership.
