Good hours if life work balance is important to you
Cons
I've never seen a leadership team worse than this one, everything is a battle, people just copying process from Audi and VW, no communication flow from managers or directors. The head of our department is incredibly unprofessional and has been reported to HR multiple times without action. Run the other way!
-Cool Product
-Experienced colleagues across the company
Cons
-it’s basically Volkswagen rebranded as Scout
-too much VW influence and processes to follow without any SMEs on site to help
-required to align and get approval from VW before doing anything. makes execution very slow
-hired a bunch of people in Metro Detroit under false pretenses, now expecting everybody to relocate in the near future to NC.
-no career growth opportunities for those based in Metro Detroit, unless you are going to move down south in the future
-company culture is very German like. Lots of disrespect and condescension.
