Pros

Every council is different but they pay pretty well for a non profit. Flexible schedule. Working with youth.

Cons

Long hours there are plenty of night meetings sometimes 2 or 3 week. Some goals set by the big shots are sometimes far fetched.

Pros

Your work for a program that is bettering our youth. We need more good productive citizens and BSA is the last of youth programs to offer that for our future.

Cons

Great family organization. However, not so much when you work for them. Hence it being a non-profit organization.
