-Good working environment, nice colleagues. The company puts a lot of emphasis on hiring people who fit the culture of the company. -Learning culture. Employees are encouraged to challenge themselves and learn new skills. The team also has regular meetings to discuss the latest research/discoveries in the ML/AI field. -When assigning tasks in a project, the decision takes into account what each team member wants to work on/feels more passionate about. My manager wants their subordinates to be interested in their work. -Working from home is possible. -Free lunch is provided every day.

Cons

-Not many so far. Lunch is a bit small and of medium quality, but can I really complain about free food?
