Pros

The company has an authenticity to it that can only be learned from experience. The driver of that authenticity is the tenure of its employees. I've never worked at a company that had so many 5+ year employees at all levels, especially for a company that just celebrated its 11th birthday. And that is a testament to how well the company treats its people and the mutual respect everyone at the company has for each other.

Cons

Company is growing so conference rooms are getting a bit tight. Should be remedied when we expand to another floor in the building
