Pros

Requires no qualifications except basic computer knowledge.

Cons

-Digital Publishing just means they use a standardized digital platform for publishing. Has nothing to do with web publishing. -Other employees seem really unhappy. People don't say hi or good morning. No towels, toaster, barely a kitchen. -There is a boys club who revel in their work and talk loudly about working late or from home.

Poor benefits and pay There are months where staff is overworked and underpaid Because this is a small, growing company, career growth and opportunities are very slim
