Pros

Great experience for people who want to go into healthcare. The work itself is engaging, fulfilling and rewarding if you are willing to invest in it.

Cons

-The pay is abysmal, $10/hr is a joke considering a number of the employees have college degrees and are applying to medical schools. The pay should be made competitive. -The management where I work is completely inept. They take almost a week to respond to emails, are very unprofessional when it comes to communication and clearly have very little idea of what they are meant to be doing. I would love to learn how these people are picked. -TRAINING TOOK 4 MONTHS FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. I had to wait ages to start it for no discernible reason other than mismanagement of my paperwork that I submitted in a timely manner. And when I did get to the training, it was just a video stream of someone reading slides from a powerpoint. What a waste.

Pros

Working at SA is a wonderful opportunity to not only gain medical experience, but real life working experience as well. You are thrown into situations that force you to think fast on your feet and really push you to your limits to learn and excel.

Cons

Asides from the paltry pay, the hours are strenuous in that you cannot even have a proper lunch break despite working all day and being on your feet. My CS did not acknowledge this fact and treated me as an disposable object. Likewise, they were unable to communicate with me.
