Severe mismanagement at the executive level.

Pros

CEO is a visionary, very quick to make decisions, and is the only reason the company has been able to grow. He's a fantastic leader.

Cons

Every executive is a family member and not at all capable in their roles. They wouldn't be able to make it at any other company with their current titles. People that have been there since Tyrannosaurus was closer to Stegosaurus than an iPhone are lauded and revered.
