      Pros

      Under new HR Management - new positive changes are being made. Benefits are moving to a more competitive status. Management taking steps to give employees a voice in changes. Flexible schedules - working towards more work/life balance.

      Cons

      Communication is somewhat lacking between departments and management. Not a ton of room to move up the corporate ladder and make advancements in the company.

      Pros

      The fitness center and free classes were awesome.

      Cons

      Terrible benefits: 401K matching very low, insurance premiums very high, PTO average, dental coverage less than average. No bonuses are ever given. EVER. A meager raise (maybe) annually. Strange relationships fraught with tension within the family (husband, wife, two daughters and a son in law - the people running this place). This trickles down into the overall atmosphere of the company. Account management's job is to clean up the mess of the over promised, under delivered mess that leaves customers angry,disappointed, and frustrated. Management blames Account Management for unhappy customers rather than admitting there is an issue with the overpriced antiquated system they sell.

      There are some good areas to work in - mines just not one of them

      Poor communication especially regarding changes with departments, long time seasoned employees leaving, low pay with added stress.
