They have health ins. for you not great but not bad. They have a big horse ranch for the annual company party and lots of activies for the children and tons of free beer and wine with BBQ. Yoga Yoga Yoga lots of oppertunity to learn yoga. Yea!!! Mr. Coughlin invented aerial yoga and will teach it to you.

Cons

It is a family oriented company! If you are in the family that is. Everything there is run hap hazzard by the seat of your pants. Very stressful every day wondering if it will be your last.

Employees are great to work with. Direct Managers really seem to care about you as a person 1st.

Cons

Upper management are just flying by the seat of their pants just floating what ever direction the wind is blowing today.
