Pros

I am on a great team. Management is very supportive. Been working remote now for 2 years and they gave us the option to stay remote as long as we would like. Pay is great and overtime is offered if you like all the time.

Cons

Benefits feel a little expensive. But this is also my first time with a company were I have a family, so don't have anything to compare it too.

Company has a great environment for learning if you are self motivated. Company has a culture built around productive problem solving. Great deal of support for escalations as long as you did your part.

Cons

Sometimes harsh if you do not put in sufficient effort. Can be stressful if you do not manage this environment well.
