Pros
ScriptPro has a fundamentally sound approach to innovation, longevity, and relevance of mission. Job satisfaction and how people are treated has as much to do with the individual as management. In other words, it is what you make of it. To those who complain about ScriptPro being run by the family I say, would you not do the same? Regardless of what you might think about individual's competence, the company is successful. Get over it. If have worked for several Silicon Valley companies and the benefits are competitive. Salaries are average for this geography.
Cons
401k is below average. The company match is lower than the 6 percent average I have seen with past employers. I'm also a little leery of the investment firm used. Executive management is heavily involved in many of the tactical level issues and decisions. On an individual level this stifles creativity and empowerment. Projects themselves are then slower to complete due to the overhead of additional input and approvals required.
