Cons

Sales executive staff is lazy and out of touch. Processes put in place are counterproductive, and pressure is high.

Pros

The technology is far-and-away the best in the business. It's great to see how successful our customers have been with it. A bunch of smart people at this company executing on the vision and we're seeing some great traction, initially with small companies but increasingly with brand names. There's a great sense of teamwork in the staff and we celebrate our success.

Cons

It's no-doubt a challenging market. Lots of options for databases and the sales cycles can be long.

Pros

Product is meeting a clear market need, showing true ROI at Enterprise accounts. Engineering and support teams are top-notch Demonstrated year-on-year growth Demonstrated that the company promotes from within - great career paths available!

Cons

This is a self-starter culture. There is very little formal training, HR infrastructure, etc. While there is plenty of inbound open-source traffic and adoption, commercial success is tied to Sales' willingness and ability to go out and educate about the software.
