      1. Boundless opportunities to try new methods & ideas 2. Extremely supportive senior management 3. Individual initiatives/opinions are encouraged 4. Supportive colleagues 5. Established brand name in IAM domain

      Cons

      Well, literally can't think of any cons on the organizational front. The company can benefit a lot if more investment is made in branding/marketing initiatives.

      1. Not that I can think of. 2. Good location in Noida.

      Cons

      1. Too much politics. 2. Team Leader suppress star performers. 3. Pathetic Working condition. 4. Old Legacy Projects with nothing to do but support. 5. Middle management is filled with 500 year old employees/managers. 6. Extremely poor technology stack. Hardly anything to learn. 7. Night Shifts.
