Pros
I worked for 4.5 years and i enjoyed my journey. Great working environment People Managers are very helpful Flexible timings You get sufficient time to realize your weaknesses and work on them so that they become your strengths.
Cons
it's a bit monotonous to work on the same tool but it all depends on you. Managers always support and motivate to get knowledge via external/internal training's and also the fee gets refunded if you get an prior manager approval.
