      1) Work from Home 2) OK pay and OK work environment (Good colleagues)

      Cons

      1) Still growing but direction (vision) is not clear 2) Support based business model(shifts) 3) Only 2 in 10 projects are good for learning 4)They have no clear vision of near future business so they around 100 people for a project for project which lasts 3-4 months and after that employees feel cheated as they are moved to support shifts

      The people sitting in US only believe what they listen even while being at the top They don’t want to cross check or actually want to know that what is going on Then office politics in few teams is very dirty They will go down to any level
