      If you are a fresher then you may get lot of opportunity to learn.

      For experienced folks who are willing to join SDG, it would be a nightmare when you get to know that management is paying attention on only those people who are well established for a long in organisation. Your hikes would be dependent upon your association with your manager. Your work would not be regarded.
