      Feel at Home and work from home is the best part and the work time flexibility

      Cons

      So far I haven't really experienced any major challenges. Career growth opportunity is very less in future.

      1) Work from Home 2) OK pay and OK work environment (Good colleagues)

      Cons

      1) Still growing but direction (vision) is not clear 2) Support based business model(shifts) 3) Only 2 in 10 projects are good for learning 4)They have no clear vision of near future business so they around 100 people for a project for project which lasts 3-4 months and after that employees feel cheated as they are moved to support shifts
