Pros

Interesting products, friendly people, great work-life balance (no time off limit). Great place to get experience for young engineers. You can learn a lot from the mistakes of others.

Cons

Too few engineers to maintain all products. Frequent preventable "fires" caused by lack of investment. Problems are not solved because we put a bandaid on issues and move on to other priorities. Very frustrating at times.
