Pros

Fair and flexible manager(s) with realistic expectations and good communications skills. Adaptable to ideas to help improve efficiency, production and services. Good , friendly co-workers throughout. Brief but comprehensive employee reviews and discussion. Generally a positive environment to work in and about. Management has good programs and events for employees throughout the year. Benefits adequate with multiple options. A thumbs up for me.

Cons

Pay scale could nudge a little higher, but acceptable to me for other reasons.
