Pros

the company has a relaxed feel for its employees, co-workers are friendly and sociable. good pay and benefits, business casual attire.

Cons

Even now that I am no longer with the company I can see no cons to working there. My internship had ended and they just had no position available is all.

I worked at Sea Box,during a tough personal time in my life.The company was great to work for.

Pros

Excellent upper management.The president and human resources were always helpful and understanding.If you needed tools,you got them,after 90 days they offer uniforms.The jig department worked well as a team,and they allowed us more experienced welders to train the less experienced new guys.Overall Sea Box was a good company to work for.

Cons

Preferential treatment for the head foremans side job employees.The shop boss has a side business and his workers were always given the top jobs and more overtime.Other than that things were pretty good.
