Pros

Opportunity to meet awesome people Great place to advance quickly (this is due to a super high turnover rate)

Cons

Leadership is highly unqualified to lead people with respect, kindness and decency. Management has a passive-aggressive retaliatory style of dealing with subordinates. Safety is prioritized 2nd to revenue. Highly stressful

Little place to grow, low-ball pay, inflexible hours

Pros

Great benefits, people are nice in general

Cons

Unorganized and inflexible management. Leaving work before 5 pm is frowned upon ( even for those who go in before 8 and was wanting to leave at 4:30 ). Little promotion to the people at the bottom of the food chain. Low-balled your pay even if you have an advanced degree. "Management trainee" means you're not an actual "FTE". You don't get bonuses even if you do great work and it takes them forever to assign you a title - to become an actual FTE, while they keep promoting people above you. Difficult to accept "new changes" - such as new technologies, approaches .. etc and unwilling to new things.
