You will work the most ridiculous hours in the U.S. I average about 120 hours every 2 week pay period and am paid 80 hours a week. If you have any kind of life do not do it.

Pros

They are never late with your paycheck. Company health insurance is quite good. They're always hiring. Company meat sales are nice.

Cons

You will always be overworked due to always being short staffed from employees quitting. Expect long hours even when you're fully staffed due to unneccessary extra projects coming down from corporate. Unrealistic production goals. Upper management is not supportive and is often crippling. Corporate will not listen to area specific concerns and has a one size fits all approach to everything.
