Great benefits, drinking water and free coffee.

Cons

Over worked, staff sits on there Not willing to help when behind. Threaten you with write ups. Have the cops go through your car. Make more sense to just UA if one is suspect.

The hours are 6 am to 2pm. Only work with 7 other people. Get to take care of baby piglets and momma sows. Discounted pork packs offered by company.

Cons

Salary at 80 hrs per 2 weeks. But work weekends and every holiday and work 90 to 100 hours. Always short staffed and horrible communication with the uppers in the company. Hard labor at times.
