Pros

Seaboard Foods is a large company, that feels like a small one. In my position, I have plenty of interesting and engaging projects. The company does the right thing, towards the animals, their employees, the environment and their communities, which makes working on communications projects fun. There are plenty of opportunities to take ownership of projects and get recognition for them. Leadership knows the employees and are engaged with their careers.

Cons

There is always plenty of work, and the more you get accomplished, the more you want to do.
