Pros

Great insurance, good people (mostly). I enjoyed my time out there.

Cons

Like I said I liked it, but there are a couple things that need some work. 1st there needs to be more upward mobility in the company or maybe some technical training for its personnel that work in maintenance. 2nd there is a farm manager at one of the Fairview Sow Farms that won't take responsibility for her farm is hardly there blames maintenance for everything, and is just a plain not good person.
