Pros

This company can be flexible with your hours when working at a mill or farm site. I work here as I am finishing a degree. Also very good pay for the area.

Cons

Some sites require to work weekends and long hours. Can make it feel like your married to your job at times.

Pros

Pay, health insurance, 401 K, paid vacation, sick days, family leave for births, advancement opportunities, on site cafeteria, dental, vision, meat discounts, offer opportunities to earn bonus pay, available overtime, union, life insurance,

Cons

Politics, management issues, termination practices. They need to reassess the practice of forcing out employees who are injured on the job. They need better assessment of abilities, skills and ambition for advancement, and promote people who will help the company progress as well as themselves and those under their supervision
