Pros
Personally, in a year's time, the only pro I found was the pay rate. Wan't enough to make me want to stay and put up with the games.
Cons
I was asked to lie to make things look good on paper. I was bullied almost daily. The environment in general was fear based. Discipline is handed out freely--and only one story is taken into account. No investigation of the circumstances to find the truth was performed. HR does not give you a voice, in fact we were told to shut up and stop talking while being accused of things that weren't true. In my mind this portrayed company ethics in a poor light.
