Nice people getting screwed daily. Yep, that's the pro.....
Cons
Managers who aren't taught how to manage. Managers who are given the authority to make decisions when THEY are the problem. Management and projects that take years to complete. Poorest project management I have ever worked with. Pretty sad these folks are driving poorly laid out plans. I fear for Seagate's future.
