      canteen staff cleaners free parking

      Cons

      Management team have been there for so many years....no strategic insight nor forward thinking. Do what we say mentality. No room for amazing staff to develop nor a support/development structure in place to help facilitate growth! Horrible place to work!

      Like a sinking ship

      Pros

      If you are lucky enough to report to one of the good managers, then the job can be enjoyable. Decent salaries for some folks.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for growth. Company always acts like it is on the verge of bankruptcy. No celebrations. Constant environment of knowing that another layoff is just around the corner. Very few good managers. HDHP option only for healthcare.
