Too relax to develop new process, most engineers rely on existing process and do not want to learn new stuff.

Pros

This was a really relaxed atmosphere to work in with friendly staff. The work was challenging but rewarding. As an intern I was made to feel like part of the company and not just "the intern". My work consisted of a few different projects that actually contributed to the company.

Cons

Overall I didn't find many downsides. HR wasn't great though. I later applied for a graduate role and despite reaching the interview stage, I didn't hear back from HR.
