      Ok place to work management needs serious training

      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Lots of challenging technical projects.

      Cons

      Very political environment. Team work is abysmal especially after rounds of lay offs. Some Senior Management tend to cherry pick certain favorite individual subordinates and spend exclusive technical and social time with them only without including other team members. Isolation is typical in engineering work and you get your work done, go home, rinse, repeat. But so much for company’s motto of ‘inclusion’

      Right now, none. Really poor leadership.

      Cons

      Leadership decided to announce layoffs over a month ago and has kept us hanging with little to no update on when or who will be impacted. Tone deaf management and really poor compensation.

      Great pay, benefits and co-workers. A caring, employee-centric work environment which encouraged free, out-of-the-box thinking.

      Cons

      Upper management's shortsightedness is going to lead to the ultimate demise of what was an awesome company and a world leader/innovator in the global marketplace.
