No reason. It is a very bad company. Typical LALA company

Cons

1) In and out timing are noted minimum 11 hour you should be in office 2) Client meeting goes till 10 to 11 PM. Forget about your evening life 3) Saturday is working your manager call you on alternate saturday 4) They fire too often. I saw 7 firing in 3 months. 5) No work from home 6) people got 3% Variable salary. But furing hiring they say you will get 130%
