They have lost the focus and trust by the employees ... Why - Management got confused and put their heads in the Cloud mistaking it for making product for the cloud. Lay-offs are a weekly notification. Hired one week and gone the next!! Design centers that can no longer function because they are forever fighting one and other just to continue to exist!!!! If you are thinking about working for Seagate, do not bother to ask about retirement you will NEVER see see with Seagate you will either quit, get laid off or get fed up and take a leave ....long term like NEVER go back!!
