      Pros

      -Learning curve is low.A lot of training and skills on the job.Friendly to not so friendly staff interactions..At least 80% of staff have redundant tasks and prefer to leave home early.

      Cons

      -Tasks and work gets repetitive very fast and boring. -No new or breakthru technology to learn in terms of job. -Too relaxed environment at times, but no staff is complaining. - Management can be biased -No career progress
