      Pros

      The only global IT office in the region creating many opportunities for IT graduates/experts.

      Cons

      Some managers are already sitting in their comfort zone and are very difficult to listen to others and innovate, both in business and operation wises. Promotion is difficult unless employees attempt to resign. Managers hardly fight for employee for their rights and benefit. Relationship with headquarter is like vendor providing services to customers without a sense of belonging. Still using punch-card system for some sites!
